Ummmm but more remarkably I've never heard of a company having a placing without informing the market first this was all seen up and who got those shares ...safe ii hands? Interesting too that broker shore capital took option on shares in lieu of cash payment ..... v odd .

Prime example of this type of share. Pushed to 13.25 and 10 mins later is 10p and still dropping. Pity the poor suckers who bought at 13+.

Promoters. They issued an unknown LLC 58m free shares 4 weeks ago for 'corporate services'. In the real world that means for 'promotion'. Of critical importance, that 58m shares was subject to no escrow, no performance conditions, hurdles etc. Just an up front. Trade the ramp by all means, but do it with eyes open knowing that at some point it will collapse and people will get hurt.

What a load of codswollop.If management truly believe that then why did they issue 58m shares to a so called legitimate corporate services provider less than one month ago for services yet to be performed. If then board of directors believe 1000% upside then they would have not issued 58m shares up front for services yet to be performed...... unless of course there is more to this mysterious LLC who benefited from the 58m shares.... This looks like an out abs out ramp and people normally get hurt

The time to get in is now, while CloudBreak Discovery is still putting together its mining infrastructure. Once the new mines start bringing out metals, the share price will be out of reach.
