Would make sense having Petrel onboard with Clontarf as Petrel have the required expertise through the Iraq S&L contract which should therefore satisfy any required criteria.

Well if they after weeks, months, years of legalese and planning are anything less than assured that they satisfy rudimentary exploration license criteria, we would surely know or be informed wouldn't we, so i assume they are,
raising money on an expectation of engaging in something which fails a criteria would be a little, how should i put it, irregular, wouldn't it

Have Clon specifically indicated they have a jv or equivalent lined up, as i see it the card they are playing is equivalent to me expecting to bid and be offered a Network Rail franchise, on the strength of me having a season Travelcard,
if the criteria is plainly way out of clon reach how would they be able to continue with any expectations

2)ratified in parliament
3)joint venture partner on board
4)drill the billion barrel prospect

we should be trading a lot higher really around the 2p level.

nobody knows if or when it will be ratified by cabinet, but the two bodies are likely to be linked, possibly as other countries, same people on both
