David waxed lyrical,in his address, about how well he had been received by the new government during his visit to Ghana from which he had flown in that morning.He said that he had been strongly reassured by the relevant mininister that his party would make every effort to stand over the commitments they had made while previously in power. David said he had been treated with great kindness and solicitude for his welfare.
