So are you saying it takes less time for the Special Chamber of the International Tribunal of the Law of the Sea with the backing of the UN to decide on a maritime border dispute with Ivory Coast than it does for Clontarf to get a license ratified (if ever)?

Notice Tullow had no trouble drilling one of their licenses.

Kinda puts it in perspective if international borders can get settled quicker - countries fight wars over those.

As Lippe points out the strategy has been resolute and it is just the shareholders that change (if a little poorer each time; eh Mixi.

Mixi is in to the CICC Group now - not quite as sophisticated as the Clontarf Kennel, but involves holes in the ground and a wonderfuel where you just add water.
