Lippe I wouldn't say that they are not are resource company, because they have been mining diamonds for well over 10 years and have been producing oil and gas in South America . Well he's been making whiskey too. Lol. You got to give the man a chance after all he is trying .

So the quote above says that Clon have assets in Ghana then goes on to say:

"also subject to final agreement) and the subsequent exploration plans, as negotiations progress.
However, similarly to its September update, Clontarf said no could be given that the ongoing negotiations would lead to a successful outcome for the company."

Same old same old - PET still waiting for ratification they have Block 6 in Iraq - about 15 years later........

ALL just talk until someone actually ratifies anything.

With a true resource company you could accept its a delay , but with these Directors and their track record of years of the same non- delivery using all the same excuses , then best assumption would be dont expect any ratification.

Clontarf has the acreage but the dispute is over boundaries which the authourities have already given them the extra area elsewhere on the claim to make up the loss and they want just what was there.

SUPPLEMENT
ANSWERS TO PARLIAMENTARY QUESTIONS
*74
.
MASLOC is under the direct supervision of the Office of the
President. MASLOC is therefore
not
under the supervision of my
Ministry.
The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection, created by
Executive Instrument 1 in 2013 brought the under
-
lis
ted together to
constitute a new sector:

Department of Gender

Department of Children

Department of Social Welfare

National Council on Persons with Disability

Domestic Violence secretariat

Human Trafficking Secretariat
The Ministry also has supervisory
role over the following:

Ghana School Feeding Programme

LEAP Management Secretariat

Ghana National Household Registry
The mandate of my Ministry is to ensure gender equality through the
mainstreaming of gender consideration. Promote the welfare and
protection of children and empower the vulnerable, excluded, the
aged and persons with disabilities through social interventi
on to
contribute to national development.
Even though we operate differently, MASLOC and my Ministry
could be said to have areas of convergence since we deal with social
intervention issues to empower Ghanaians in our collective effort to
reduce poverty
and also enable the vulnerable and extremely poor to
contribute to national development.
My Ministry is not directly in charge of extending microcredit and
small loans to small businesses but I believe we can work together
with MASLOC to extend such suppo
rt to the people of Keta.
