a1m1investor: Well I can't help that if you're a lazy little lad! DYOR But to help you out on the negative side. If the 2nd Shell deal falls through then I see this share price cratering as everyone knows that no drilling decision is taking place on the first deal until end of 2020. So you're money is going to sit doing nothing for years except getting further diluted to cover the Co's ongoing costs. There are so many trapped bulls that any significant bad news will see a landslide in the share price imo. But that is just my view, based on logic and market mechanics. An overcrowded trade is a very high risk trade imo because whatever happens everyone is looking to get out whatever happens, any rise is muted as people get out with profit or break even (if trapped bulls) and the fall can be disastrous as everyone races to dump their stock.

cpap man: Absolutely iLeeman - having been in CLNR since the start I can testify that there are a lot of stale bulls around although a lot less today than there were yesterday! Then there are people like me who will now ride this de-risked new CLNR plus super major SHELL OIL story to much high share price levels And obviously a whole new group of investors.... AIMHO but the best strategy @ CLNR is to keep buying the dips!!!!
cpap man: Finally for now - anyone remember that other North Sea play namely SQZ and the explosive share price? MKT CAP now £350M!!!! Lots of upside for CLNR
aland1: Bronislav - I agree with your view on the share price being controlled by the naughty MM’s. However the share price has remained quite strong over the last month whilst many other shares have fallen, primarily as a result of the ongoing Brexit uncertainty. Could the share price also be being held back to allow people in the know the opportunity to get in at relatively low price? Who knows....but clearly some have been privileged to information on previous price spikes as we have all seen.
aland1: Hi Anley - I agree with you sentiment totally. When I said a re-rate I meant a decent rise in the share price....perhaps to the 6/7 pence range. However this will very much depend on the terms of any agreed deal and also who the counterparty is. My suspicion is Spirit advice intended though. Share price has been quite solid in the last few weeks in a very volatile market. That I think is a positive too.
cpap man: Once yesterdays "insiders" have been cleared CLNR share price should continue to rise
kristini2: if sentiment is generally poor towards explorers it may impact across the board on all explorers and would explain why we need a deal to get a really positive share appreciation, otherwise why the poor share price action, it provides an explaination i can understand for the poor share price action...... The other possibility for the the poor share price action is that clnr's resource is not what we think in terms of commerciality.....
cpap man: MEGA news with a MAJOR is now so close for CLNR The CLNR share price actually reminds me of a "coiled spring" which is just about to be sprung!!!!
anley: That is true KRISTINI but the market will have over 15% of an expanded share capital to sell into so news will be a very big factor in having these sellers absorbed. I have seen this so many times and in fact just look at what happened to CLNR share price last year........see above charts. We shall have to watch and see what happens..........the EGM starts a new time table for me........CLNR gets the SHORT TERM comes details on the old and new licenses.........and finally who the partner is.........and all of this has to happen before the new cash runs out by mid Q2 2018.
