Well it looks as though the seller is done,i've added quite a few this morning,nothing is certain in life but the risk reward on this is fairly compelling,

Even £2M is still only 2.5p per share. However there is no yet evidence there has been ANY due diligence done.

Id say BEK is the cheapest pile of cash on the market although it may be a while yet before they manage to do anything with it. BEK price is 4p, net cash 14p, NAV 16p. Shares are currently 1p to sell and 7p to buy. The silliest spread Ive ever seen!

EvaLongoria - £2m is an extraordinary amount to spend on due diligence,the acquisition target would have to be very substantial so i am afraid i don't believe you (i'm sure that makes you very sad :-o)).Even if it were it would not alter the risk/reward logic of these shares at 25p or less.

Im not worried about recent falls. Managed to pick up 35k at less than 22p today. Thats a huge discount to cash. Once they find a decent business to reverse into they will be trading comfortable above cash. Im happy to wait until then.

I get 34p a share of cash and thats by knocking £1.6M in costs off the £25.6M gross that was raised.

Curry, you might want to revisit your thread on DRV. Reccomended in this months "Red Hot Penny Shares" with a 12 month price target of £1.50

Not that it means anything but I've bought a few recently. The write-up was incredibly positive.

maybee its a good thing we havent bought anything yet... anything connected with consumerism is taking a dive... especially pubs/eateries

look at wetherspoons, more than halved in value in a year

they organised the placing on 10th september... 3 months ago, and price still drifting. i hope we get some news soon
