21/3/2007 14:52 | Hey presto... | rivaldo
21/3/2007 11:56 | Maybe even today! VLCC rates continue to rise fast along with the BDI. | rivaldo
21/3/2007 07:39 | and another 49... BDI now 5172. Will be quite suprised if we don't see 950 this week. | idioterna
19/3/2007 22:34 | Maybe just a rollover given the small price differential. Looking good for more rises now - it seems the market is becoming aware of the rise in freight rates and is maybe looking to get in before the results next Monday. VLCC rates are still really going for it now too. | rivaldo
19/3/2007 16:33 | BDI up a further 37 at 5123. And the share price is ticking up Bid 930 offer 939. What was with those two 42k otc trades? | idioterna
19/3/2007 10:17 | VLCC tanker rates recovering fast now too per Galbraiths (Arabian Gulf rates rose substantially last week) - the outlook should be extremely bullish. | rivaldo
19/3/2007 08:04 | BDI up to 5,086 on Friday I see. Hope you're right about £10.50 CR! | rivaldo
15/3/2007 12:57 | Wonder what these bots do to control the price with tiny auto trade.. baffles me. | woracle
15/3/2007 12:54 | £10.50 likely to be tested on this break out when it happens - soon by the look of things :-) CR | cockneyrebel
15/3/2007 09:46 | BDI up another 8 today at 5077 now. Looking good.. | idioterna
13/3/2007 14:36 | Anyone know what kind of historical volumes theres been in sale and purchase in the industry for H2 ? From several sources, I know the values of 2nd hand and newbuild have been at record levels, but how many transactions ? This is very important unknown I think since it was the biggest profit contributor last year. At H1 this area was particularly weak and they werent that bullish on this bit. At least expectations were low in this.. | woracle
13/3/2007 11:10 | About to get the move up here that will give CKN a nice breakout before the results imo. Should be a good move. Still confident for these after Fulford Smith bought that £250K worth Soon time to hold on tight imo :-) | cockneyrebel
12/3/2007 16:51 | Another 41 points on the BDI today 5041 now. Cable strengthened though. | idioterna
12/3/2007 16:31 | Couldnt wait any longer, what with results only a couple of weeks away. Taken an initial position around 900p and will add aggressively if by chance we get any spikes before then. If the market is calm enough I think we could see a move to 1000p depending on how bullish the outlook statement is. | nickcduk
09/3/2007 14:32 | BDI up 37 today now 5000 | idioterna
09/3/2007 09:52 | just help the outlook a little more: CABLE: Eases 15 pips to $1.9275 nickduck - there is one lone punter trying to sell 1300 of them at 909.5 if you want. But otherwise MMs don't appear too keen to part with their sweeties. | idioterna
09/3/2007 08:38 | Im looking to re-enter CKN as cable has stabilised a little and the BDI is still motoring. Also we are within spitting range of results now so I am keeping my eyes peeled for any spikes lower to jump on board. | nickcduk
09/3/2007 08:29 | BDI up again, 26 points to 4,963. And VLCC rates are still climbing. But hey, the computer bots carrying out those small automated sells this morning don't know about that do they? | rivaldo
08/3/2007 00:25 | BDI still going up +16 at 4937.. | woracle
07/3/2007 01:01 | BDI only up a very disappointing 13 today..to 4921 :( | woracle
06/3/2007 17:14 | Tanners - I waited patiently for £7 when it was at 755, but got nutted by the sudden spike and didn't get back in until £8. But I have maintained a small holding in the company for donkeys years. | idioterna
06/3/2007 12:56 | Idioterna.......from my experience of people who claim to trade dips, they only ever announce their trades after the dip has appeared; sadly I don't know of too many brokers who allow me to trade with hindsight! Anyway the whammy count is looking good, so what more can we ask for..... | tanners
06/3/2007 12:47 | Certainly feel sorry for those who tried to trade in-and-out for a small profit on the dip. MMs marked it up by 1% from first thing this morning. I am actually looking for £11 by results. | idioterna
06/3/2007 12:09 | has held up pretty well - a good day or two and this will be 1000p | its the oxman
06/3/2007 10:57 | Looking good - you're quick with the BDI updates woracle! VLCC rates now strengthening fast too, so a triple positive whammy now :o)) | rivaldo |
