The City Pub Group plc (AIM: CPC) was notified that Clive Watson, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 August 2020 at a price of GBP0.6375 per Ordinary Share and 35,000 Ordinary Shares on 25 August 2020 at a price of GBP0.665 per Ordinary Share. Following these purchases, Clive Watson is beneficially interested in 3,323,156* Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.20 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
