Correction: Director / PDMR Shareholding

Further to the announcement released by the Company at 09:00 a.m. on 17 April 2020 (RNS 0066K, the "Announcement"), the Company makes the following corrections in the table below to Richard Prickett's and Neil Griffith's number of new ordinary shares in the Company taken up under the Open Offer and their resultant holdings of ordinary shares in the Company following completion of the Open Offer. These figures were incorrectly stated as 14,567 and 74,129 respectively for Richard Prickett and 33,804 and 43,804 respectively for Neil Griffiths.

All other details contained in the Announcement are unchanged.
