City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional and retail products investing primarily in closed-end funds, has been notified that Non-Executive Director Jane Stabile, has purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP4.37 per share.
