Director/PDMR Shareholding

Circle Property Plc (AIM: CRC), which invests in, develops and actively manages well-located regional office assets, announces that it has been notified that John Arnold, Chief Executive Officer, has today acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 200 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Arnold beneficially holds 1,030,122 Ordinary Shares representing 3.64 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
