01/6/2005 03:38 | Yes I realise that. I have a feeling that it will be sooner rather than later..!! | superflyer
31/5/2005 23:05 | super Nothing going to happen here until PE has sorted out WNL. Not a lot of credibility left after that fiasco. I've sold my holding BTW, but am watching both CIR and WNL out of sheer curiosity. | trevor1959
20/5/2005 20:35 | thecynical1 - it's already turned imo as with the rest of the resource sector. Doesn't mean we won't get an interesting deal here. | topvest
20/5/2005 10:28 | morning guys.....this could get interesting on Monday....what happens to WNL when it returns will say a lot about sentiment on the PE stable imo...will be watching avidly.....have a great weekend ! | thecynical1
19/5/2005 08:47 | I sold my modest 40K holding this morning. Following the WNL debacle, I'm not sure how much credibility PE will have with the investment world now. We've waited for 2 years for a deal here, and all we get is "jam tomorrow " announcements every six months or so. The bid shown at the time of my sale was 3p, but the best my broker could get was 2.75, which would appear to be the true bid price. In view of that I suspect there are other sell orders going through this morning. | miamigo
14/5/2005 23:13 | According to the last interim results :- "For the six month period ending 30 June 2004 we are reporting a pre and post taxloss of £103,467 and no dividend is to be paid. We have kept expenditure to a minimum and our cash position at 30 September 2004 was £306,100." This company has cash of 306k and total assets of 348k. Shares in issue are 64 million I make that a NAV of around 0.0054p a share. However, there are also around 41 million warrants in issue exercisable at 1p. This raises fully diluted NAV to 0.0072. Bear in mind cash being burnt at around £100k per year. Deal promised continualy over 2 years and so many months. Deal talked of last in early Feb this year. Still this share is not really troubled by reality its running on hot air. 1p sounds like a high valuation for a share in this company based on its history to date. Looking at the graph on this thread the share price is probably going to head down back to 2p if no deal arrives shortly. Every day the resources bull market is looking more like a busted flush ! | red ninja
14/5/2005 20:10 | The cynical, you are one hell of a polite bloke! | sharecropper
14/5/2005 18:24 | afternoon guys...satan...you are obviously a particularly cheerful sort of person...!!!! ; ) seriously...I reckon 1p is pushing it..... | thecynical1

14/5/2005 09:37 | R.I.P----HEADING FOR 1P----R.I.P | satan 666
13/5/2005 22:12 | I would agree that anything below 2p would be very unlikely. Watching with interest though. | topvest
13/5/2005 11:24 | you guys are optimistic....it will imo not get below 2p.... : ) | thecynical1
12/5/2005 21:21 | Hope so. I'll be in for some more! | topvest
12/5/2005 17:38 | i can see this falling to 1p. | satan 666
10/5/2005 13:38 | you beat me to it..... ; ) | thecynical1
10/5/2005 13:38 | hi...the epic is "cirw"....the exercise price as I understand is 1p....I have forgotten what the exact date is but it is as far as I know well out into the future..... there is also a thread for the warrants but there are not a lot of us posting over there.....use the CIRW epic in the search function and you will find it....good luck with this one ! | thecynical1
10/5/2005 13:35 | thecynical - don't bother thanks. I have found it and all relevant info! | sharecropper
10/5/2005 13:30 | thecynical - what's the epic code for the warrants, and at what what price and when are they exercisable? Best regards, Sharecropper | sharecropper
10/5/2005 09:44 | morning guys....the MM´s are taking the p*ss with the price on the warrants....still watching these but it is getting less and less interesting.... at least I am not the only one I guess....have a fun day guys ! | thecynical1
09/5/2005 08:52 | Still in Still watching (it go down). Patience needed here. | trevor1959
05/5/2005 14:13 | Sadly not. I'm still glued to it like watching a car crash. I don't know when we will hear anything though. | sharecropper
05/5/2005 11:28 | mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm | thecynical1
04/5/2005 08:21 | morning all....looks to me like this is going back down..........even if they had a deal lined up they would be mad to announce anything at this point in time....the likelihood of a deal being made at the moment strikes me personally as a little unlikely given that the management ( who appear to be the same as the management of White Nile, Camec ) must be pretty busy with their proposed new float.......jmo. | thecynical1 |
