("CIP Merchant Capital" or the "Company")
Postponement of AGM
The Company has been informed that, due to exceptional circumstances connected with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, some members have experienced difficulty in submitting their proxy votes for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") in a timely manner.
The Board of the Company have therefore decided to postpone the AGM, originally scheduled for 22 May 2020 at 11.00 a.m., to 26 June 2020 at 11.00 a.m. The AGM will still be held at 1 Le Truchot, 3rd Floor, St. Peter Port, Guernsey.
The Board note that proxy votes submitted to date will remain valid and will be counted in the overall vote at the AGM. Members who have already voted may resubmit their proxy votes at their discretion. The deadline for submission of proxy votes to the Registrar is 11.00 a.m. on 24 June 2020.
