Why does the method of transfer matter (stock transfer form presumably). The takeover investor will buy them at 60p and ownership will transfer to them

I too would take a mid-point between the current price and the NAV. I'm not sure about 65p but 70p would be acceptable. It would need to be that to get over the line too I think - that is higher than the last year so I think most investors could be emotionally happy about taking that offer.

It is very frustrating. I sincerely hope that the sales are not CFE gradually reducing their stake...?!

Anyway, thank you very much Skyship for your reply. I have learnt a great deal on this board, not least from you. I don't post that much, as I don't often feel that I have much of value to contribute compared with some of you more seasoned/ex-professional investors, but I'm always here, reading away... :)

IXI also relatively positive today, actually, having just looked again, nicely positive. It has just recaptured its 20SMA and if that can trend positively then that would join Aalkemy and REDD. Brave Bison has just reverted to the mean versus the SP500 and is possibly finding its feet again, and some of the others there or there abouts. Charts for OFIX and TRLS don't look good. The NAV will need to consolidate and move higher to attract investors.

With respect to conversations above, I own in an IG ISA.

Well for better or worse I picked up 10k @ 47.5p.

I certainly agree that ST needs to look more closely at the management when he tips a share although the broad criticism of ST and Investors Chronicle is, in my opinion, misplaced.

Tips and suggestion are just that and must them be subjected to the investors own valuation......then when the final investment decision is made it is ENTIRELY down to the individual.

It is the big institutional investors that are responsible for such absurd blunt defraud of the shareholder money as they don't care about the money that is not their own and that they are all in it together. There are quite a few of them around, this one and tfg are among the worst.

Those big institutional investors have both the knowledge and power to hold the directors and fund mangers to account but they choose to turn a blind eye on it.

I would avoid such trusts as well as those funds who are big investors in these trusts but fail to stand for their investors who put their trusts in them to look after their value.

The people running this are total blanks as far as I can see, and their motives might be activist rather than mere investors.

NSCI - wouldn't have thought that would be in your stable! (And a Woodford stock.)
