This caught my eye - "The Board is therefore considering options to maximise shareholder value now and into the future by accessing this liquidity through a listing of Cineworld or a partial listing of Regal in the US. The Board will evaluate these options over the coming months and will consult with shareholders in due course if any formal proposals are to be made."

Have they really got "Months" left to sort this out? Lol.

All in on another lockdown.

Some positives this morning as the government advisors now raising the possibility of doing away with mass testing. Just says they’ll go to any lengths to hide those increased numbers. When hospitalisations start increasing towards end of next week then we’ll be seeing an about turn.

The incompetency of these people.

In my opinion

Mooky should be running a Hall of Mirrors while sidelining as a magician/juggler

Smoke and mirrors

Options decreasing as time goes on and covid spikes up again

Get out while you still have some free will!

The longer he talks on cnbc the further the share price falls.

On a positive point we’ll get some figures from Disney on how well streaming is going.

Lol. He’s just said cinemas are a safe environment. FFS, how. You’re in a closed room breathing the same air and nearly everyone that ever goes gets coughing and sneezing within their close proximity.

On a positive point you can now buy the black widow in HD through sky to keep.

Who’d have thought 4weeks?????

Lol.
Knowing Cineworld they’ll list at the time the US stock market crashes heavily.

I actually do not blame any UK listed company listing their US
assets in the US as their market is far more beneficial to investors than the UK.

As I said on the ent thread for years,

2000 ftse 100 6500 2021 7000
2000 dow 12000 2021 35000.

Get the US regal cinemas listed asap is my view.

Added more this week, chart support looks good, had a great pull back and half decent results with big movies set to list this autumn

Well spotted, that is very interesting indeed and if
anyone is interested in it will want to own before they
lost in the US.

How does this company ever survive with that debt mountain - no matter how busy they become , the debt charge will always obliterate . When debt matures , any renewal will be at more prohibitive coupon rate
