Well my partner phoned the MD today. Here's what he said:

1/ Company is OK financially. No chance in the short to medium term of bancruptcy or anything like that.
2/ New product launches expectedly imminently.
3/ He talked about a report on the company by HB Resources or could be HB Consultants which is coming out anytime now which will give everyone a good idea of the company's future prospects. Anyone know anything about them?
4/ Said that the plan is definately still to get the shareprice up within the next few months in order to sell out.

Sorry,I've been on holiday.Well,it's as we suspected - very short of cash,and going concern dangers.Bags of potential if it survives,though,and the management seem to have pulled their finger out to cut costs.If they do find themselves about to go bust,perhaps they can find a buyer.

I find it really amazing that Mcguinness doesn't do more to get the shareprice moving upwards considering he's holding so many millions!!!
