Christie Group plc (AIM: CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional & Financial Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the hospitality, leisure, healthcare, medical, childcare & education and retail sectors , has been notified that on 16 May 2022 and 17 May 2022, David Barry Rugg, Chairman and Chief Executive, purchased in aggregate 20,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").

Accordingly, David Rugg's total holding in the Company, has increased to 58,846 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.22 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. This 0.22 per cent holding excludes those Ordinary Shares held beneficially by Mrs Rugg.
