30/4/2007 21:05 | torabora - do you know much about the management team? i am slightly spooked by the talk of dodgy chinese ventures on aim. have you satisfied yourself through your own due diligence that these boys are completely on the up and up? | danski
30/4/2007 20:06 | I topped up Friday at 0.7. Too good to miss. | flashheart
30/4/2007 19:45 | Yes, what i like is a large lump of debt has now gone.No idea of the hospital, but these guys have set out to make the quid. I love it due to the vast amount of value one can buy, for well under its true value. Then add on growth, from the new ventures, and you have a fab share. | torabora
30/4/2007 19:37 | danski - 30 Apr'07 - 19:19 - 11 of 14 edit sure, i realise that... in case of any misunderstanding, the above was a response to badtime's message not to the one by torabora that was posted directly after it! | danski
30/4/2007 19:36 | torabora, just looking at the annual report from last year. notice the following two post-balance sheet events. would be interested to know how you think these will impact on the next set of figures.... Since 31 March 2006 the group has disposed of its investment in Oakridge Ventures Limited. The group has re-categorised the borrowings in respect of the above property transactions as creditors falling due within 1 year amounting to £8,621,632. Full provision has made in these financial statements in respect of any properties disposed of subsequent to 31 March 2006 at less than book value. The group has acquired the franchise to operate a fully serviced hospital with 500 beds in the City of Tianshui in Gansu Province. The initial finance is through a shareholder loan in order to service 100 beds and the outpatients department. The loan for the initial finance amounts to £200,000. The loan carries an interest rate of 12% per annum with no specific date for repayment. | danski

30/4/2007 19:19 | Yes, they [wins] were sent off to get some stock, they came back with none, i did the deal at 9ish, they gave me 250,000 then, and were to fill order during the day. They could not get any more.!!! | torabora
30/4/2007 19:18 | isent his buy delayed..wen offer was at .75p | badtime
30/4/2007 19:16 | so tora, are you telling me that by buying 250k at 0.70p you can push the bid up to 0.75p?! :-) | danski
30/4/2007 18:48 | I went in for 1 Million shares, not even happy to give me 250,000.!!!!Now i wait for a small seller, to push the price down, in a few weeks or months, then i buy again. | torabora
30/4/2007 17:02 | p@ - I've been in this (HPE) for about a year now and just thought I would average down a little. I did the same last week. Like torabaro above, I think there is long term value to be had here. Incidentally, I bought these online through TDW. I tried a "best market price" order and was quoted .7p. I then placed a fill or kill at .685p and that got filled instantly. I've noticed that happens quite a lot. For smaller value orders in infrequently traded stocks it is often worth trying a cheeky fill or kill a bit below the best price you get quoted online. All small beer of course. | brownmruk
30/4/2007 16:41 | My buy is the 250,000 at .7p. Shares, I just love them. Bought with market cap of 4M pounds, assets of 32M pounds [in property.]All I do now is wait. | torabora
30/4/2007 16:07 | brown-Nice price well done why did you decide to buy? | p@
30/4/2007 14:51 | It looks like it just moved on my 150,000 buy - it just took a while to show. Moving on tiny volumes this one. | brownmruk
30/4/2007 14:22 | Move up on a sell? I don't think so, something is beginning to stir. | p@ |
