16/6/2020 21:03 | Yes, the Yorkshireman in me wanted a bargain! | beeks of arabia
16/6/2020 21:01 | While mid July seems the natural time for the next company update, no one really knows what to expect, what they have removed so far this year, Covid impact, etc Buys going through as low as 13.1 today which looks value | danmart2
16/6/2020 20:43 | I had a 10k buy order at 12.1 in for most of the day. Not filled. | beeks of arabia
16/6/2020 20:41 | That is a tight spread to close at today. 12/12.6 Are they trying to tempt buyers ? | jeanesy

16/6/2020 09:02 | Gold could not even drop as low as $1,700 yesterday, suggesting rising support now at/above that level. With trump we to unleash another $1Trn in fresh stimulus via an 'infrastructure' build, USA debt keeps rising and it should keep Gold rising for the foreseeable. | mattjos
14/6/2020 23:27 | Well, so far, they have done a pretty damn good job since they recovered from the avalanche & got the mine up & running, imo.Optimised the plant in under 9 months of running and they are not holding back either .. they are going for Phase II as per the BFS .... other than setbacks, they have followed the BFS & it is delivering to plan - we are at 50koz per year now and Gold is over $200/oz more than the BFS plan.Finger's crossed they can stay on track & ramp it up per plan to 100koz & all during a bull market in Gold.$1,700 pretty damn good ... more than $1,700 at 100koz & the debt will evaporate. | mattjos
14/6/2020 23:02 | The question that needs to be asked to CNG management is how much silver are they also picking up at Pakrut? I am expecting silver to significantly grow in price even faster than gold which has the risk of being over cooked. | danmart2
14/6/2020 22:43 | Great posts Matt, I sincerely hope you are right as I have 10% of my porty in here now. | fozzie
14/6/2020 22:25 | The spread here is wide &, imo, that is as a consequence of there not being that many sellers at what is clearly a cheap price. I believe the spread will narrow significantly once we get into the 20's & 30's & that when the necessary catalyst arrives to persuade other of the merits of the company, the rise will be extremely rapid.Let's see what the next 3 months brings and also how price of Gold behaves over same timeframe - $1,700 is building up some support & that will be great to see persist through the summer.Gold typically has a strong Q4 & if, this year, that ties in with a second virus wave & yet more central bank stimulus then, i believe we'll finally see Gold print new ATH's in US$ and every other global currency .. at which time, CNG will certainly not be trading at anything under 30p minimum, imo. | mattjos
14/6/2020 22:09 | Yup, i think there is definitely potential for the market cap to rise to equivalent of well over 20p / share in the next 4 months & possibly well over 30p / share, given the price of gold.People may not like the debt but, what the debt here gives is very, very significant leverage & that leverage has the price of gold as its fulcrum.I do not believe the price of gold is hugely influenced by either inflation or deflation but, i do believe that trust in Central Banks & therefore the surety of fiat currencies is what will really drive the price of gold upwards. The global economy was floundering before this virus arrived, in particular the state of the USA economy.Central bankers are reacting in a predictable manner & 'going larger' on what seemingly worked in 2009 in order to try and get their economies going again. As before, much of the stimulus is being expressed/offered as dirt-cheap debt. There is a clear pattern here .. each cycle low is re-started with yet more debt. This is NOT SUSTAINABLE. The last cycle lasted exactly 11 years. This one will not last anything like as long and then there will be yet another re-start .... & that may very well arrive before even this year is out, if this virus returns in a second wave across developed economies.Price of gold has already been reacting upwards as this belief/understanding is gathering ever broader support. Gold is already at all time high prices in many, many currencies around the world. It is only US$ and those currencies pegged to the US$ that have not yet printed new all time highs in gold but, this will not last. The rest of the world is not hanging around. There were queues in the streets to buy physical gold long before this virus arrived & that behaviour is going to continue, imo.Yes, it makes sense to have exposure to Gold miners in this set of circumstances but, you need to choose carefully ... gold miners with leverage (debt and/or high AISC) will be the ones that outperform the average in this sector & it is for these reasons + a gross mis-valuation of the equity in a newly productive mine here last year that i chose CNG & I am still buying the stock now .. I added again this past week and will continue to do so all the time these are trading at 30p on the £1. | mattjos
14/6/2020 21:27 | This stock could clear 20p a share by mid July, next market update will be fascinating | danmart2
13/6/2020 14:29 | Didn't realise the President had attended the opening | mattjos
12/6/2020 20:45 | News can not be far away now and then we will see if this is undervalued or not. I continue to hold . I believe there will be a sharp move either way when the results are published . I'm hoping its to the upside ! | jeanesy

12/6/2020 09:53 | in the company documents the stated intent is still to move to a HKex Listing. In order to successfully achieve that, the company will need to show a clean slate on AIM | mattjos

12/6/2020 07:10 | Hello Mattjos,I was talking with my brother yesterday .Funny he follows STCM which has pens to be in the same region Historically both CNG and STCM suffer from low volume trading and shareholder interest .I wonder why that is .I am following gold sticks only .Brother is following other miners mainly .He is also following another stock based in Kaz, and same issue there .. lack of interest .I do not get it . | hari
11/6/2020 23:21 | as eke as referenced a few times here already, there is quite a bit of Silver in Pakrut ore. | mattjos

11/6/2020 21:21 | Interesting stock Can see a few scenarios playing out Hopefully the management team are committed to the shareholders and can take this stock over £1 per share with further developments in this region and some share buy back now that a profit is materialising | danmart2 |
