Posting of Notice of AGM
The Board of CNE (AIM:CNEL), the AIM quoted engineering and technology solutions provider to the bioenergy sector, announces that, further to the announcement of 19 June 2019, it has today advised all shareholders of a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting ("the Notice").
The annual general meeting will be held at 8(th) Floor, Zone B, Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Building of GIEC, No. 2 Nengyuan Road, Wushan, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, China on 29th July 2019 at 4.00pm Beijing time (9.00am London time).
