Now that was a massive shake, quite effective too, they flushed out a trader big style saw him coming. When you sell around 1.55p when it was 1.8p minutes earlier you have been mugged by the mm's PER of 1.5 still and people sell, just no hope for some

Traders out, price holding up, ready to test new highs. I see topinfo sold out but has just bought back in 2 x 50k one second apart at 1.88p lol

Certainly going to get shook in the next 10 mins, no quote to sell, after the usual mark up and brief chase. Story not changed so anybody looking for a cheaper entry is going to get one soon enough

Not sure every share on the market will do a IQAI but I remember when it started the spike, opened 1.33p offer spiked to 2.1p bid that day, drifted back to 1.6p bid, looked like the fun was over mostly sales then rallied to close at 2p and rose ever since and touched 4.8p last week. In theory Cnel has the profits to do the same, a PER of 1 and a half is nothing, all depends on the punters and market makers who can keep pushing stocks at times if they are the chosen one. I do think medium term it will trade 3-4p again, it could do that in a day. It's £7.74 mil cap against profits of £5 mil, double the price and it's £15 mil v £5 mil so that is hardly dear too. But lots of hot money around so tomorrow action is almost impossible to predict, it could indeed rise 10-20% quickly then drop back, it could do 100%, it could drop 10% ...exciting but volatile day ahead

I'm sure there'll be sellers into any strength tomorrow. Up 10% at 8.01am, down 10% by 8.30am is my prediction. I'm reassured having re-read today's RNS, and re-read the convertible loan RNS. Perhaps they'll raise some cash at that 4.7p level while listing in HK.

No bozzy, just posts on twitter now. Guess he does not like the risk, he has a safe foolproof plan where he makes a quick small amount a few times a week. He'll never be a millionaire but has a income. Agree this has much more to come but it's a ponzi traders market so you never know if it will really spike again or fizzle out. You could not buy at the close online so it should certainly start strongly, after that it's going to be a right rollercoaster intraday tomorrow

Spot on. This is one to hold. From experience it goes quickly when it does. Impossible to trade unless you catch it on its day.

I’ve held these for a long time. These will go beyond 2p at some stage soon.

The only real negative for me was RB holding such a small amount of stock but that has not stopped this from going from 1p to 7p in the past on a spike.

bozzy I'm sure RB will not mind me sharing the reason for low cash "Cash: the company is growing quickly so, as per the audit report, it is in inventory and working capital. The company needs more cash to expand, but a placing at these levels would be stupid"

Have to admit I missed that Dave. Did very little due diligence on these. Main thing I noted was convertible loan at 4.7p per share to fund Hong Kong listing. Alongside the apparent low P/E, and the fact that profits don't turn into cash.

And worse case it stays on Aim where it sits on a PER of just over 1 Even a PER of 2 is 2.3p next to current 1.4p offer bozzy You have noticed that will remain on Aim now if no Asia listing so no delisting now

Bought some of these today. Had to ignore a couple of huge red flags - i.e Chinese AIM smallcap stock! But the potential reward is 500% - 1000% increase in share price if they list in Hong Kong as hoped. Had a similar situation with OCZ a decade ago. Announced delisting from AIM at ~5p. Didn't mention looking to list elsewhere. Popped up on Nasdaq 2 years later, rising to £5+ before eventually going bust.

Most of the nibbles earlier were mine as FOK I've spoken to RB on twitter as he followed me to my surprise after talking about them. This is the one thing that bugs me, he insists that he is in closed period hence he has not bought but you cannot be in closed period year after year, there's a couple of decent block buys earlier which might be him. If this is so cheap like they claim and a potential 7-8 fold difference in valuation if this floats in Asia then why is he not filling his boots, I'll press him again for a answer. But they just made £5 mil profits and market cap is only just above that, sits of a PER of 1.2, RB insists the low cash is down to constant needs of serving orders and they want to raise money but refuse at this low price. I can see a mega spike coming like the old days (1p to 4p) if he dips his hand and buys some size...

50 mil flotation on aisa if accepted. That is around 9p a share

The market is asleep to this news. Stays on aim if no Asia flotation. Eps of 1.14p...per of just 3 is 3.42p Current offer 1.35p

Feel your pain Dave4545, I thought the results would propel these guys on a rerating move, particularly given the fact they have been audited by a reputable firm. I'm still holding here because if they do go for a move abroad, I assume there will be an uplift at some point. I don't have many here, just some skin in the game for interest more than anything. Maybe they will surprise us yet.

I like it how Bennett says they are frustrated by the low price but he sits on that tiny holding worth £3000 If it was that good a punt then why has he never bought any stock, 325k is laughable. Why when they claim to make fantastic profits is their cash so low. I think people have given up on believing these companies are for real. No cash and no dividends on these so called stunning profits.

The RNS clearly states it's going to another exchange, no deception there. Shareholders will receive equivalent shares on the new exchange, so despite currency risk, what's the problem if it increases the Company value if that's the board's intention? Also, there will be soon a dual Sino London exchange launched where there could, repeat, could, be further liquidity if the Company use that exchange.
