Market makers really don't like this share there quick enough to drop it on odd share sell when buys come in hardly moves , on the news and 2017 outlook seams very undervalued

For the year ended 31 December 2016, the Group's total revenue was RMB78.6 million (c. £9.2million), an increase of 27.4% from RMB 61.7 million (c. £6.4million).



We are pleased to report that CNE has returned to profitability and that the business outlook is for continued and sustained growth.



The return to profitability is a direct result of our decision to diversify into new technologies and markets such as our contract with BioNeutra North America Inc for a isomaltooligosaccharide production line (RMB 11.2m), and contracts in China with existing customers such as the anhydrous ethanol EPC contract with Jilin Buoda alcohol group (RMB17 million), the implementation of our Shandong Hongda super grade alcohol project (RMB10.7) and several other small and medium-sized projects.



The gross profit for the year was RMB27 million (c. £3.2 million) up 252% from a gross profit of RMB7.7 million (c. £0.8 million).



For the year 2016, the company recorded a profit of RMB 3.6million (c. £0.4 million) reversing the previous net loss of RMB25.6 million (c. £2.7 million).

We enter 2017 with a strong order book of RMB 292.7 million (c. £26.6 million) which we attribute to the implementation of a strategy to focus on international markets, the diversification of our products, and to renewed growth in the Chinese market that is driven by China's revised ethanol policy. The latter is the consequence of a relaxation of Chinese legislation to restrict the use of corn as a feedstock for ethanol production, which had been in place since 2006, and the resultant increase in corn-based ethanol projects in northern China. Yep I missed the boat a load of times on these I'm locked in at 1.55 p not sure to sell or not if u looked it over a year , we will be higher but in mean time could see a drop to 1.3 then back up again maybe

I'm at the spike but don't expect to lose anything short term as I believe the share will move slowly north without spiking , today wasn't a spike.

Such excellent results, and people are selling, I have bad feeling that due to past issues with Chinese companies, people have no respect for them today, I don't know why the Chinese waste there time in western stock exchange if this is the result, any other company with this type of result the market would have moved them up. Long term hold will get there slowly, fair price short term 3.5p and long term to a respected 13p per share . Maybe with final result next time give out dividends to investors.

Not worried about the fluctuations. As I am locked into 24 penny shares because I can not withdraw any profits until they have covered the £900 margin. With spread bets you can withdraw the profit without having to sell the stock. Its a help when you want to be long term.
