Posting of Circular
Notice of EGM
The Board of CNE (AIM:CNEL), the AIM quoted engineering and technology solutions provider to the bioenergy sector, announces that it has posted a circular to Shareholders setting out proposals to enable the Company to purchase, or agree to purchase, up to 20 per cent. in aggregate of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
The proposals are subject to the approval of Shareholders at a general meeting of the Company. Accordingly the circular contains notice of an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be held be held at 8th Floor, Technology Integration Building Of Giec, No. 4 Nengyuan Road, Wushan, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, China on 17 January 2018 at 16:00 p.m. Beijing time (09:00 a.m. London time).
A copy of the circular and notice of EGM will shortly be available on the Company's website www.chinanewenergy.co.uk.
