In fact he could raise at 5p if he wanted - where the warrants are attached. Not saying that he will - that is entirely dependent on him. But clearly upside from these levels.

If the limits continue as they are this could be going 1p+ tomorrow and with Mccabe on board any equity could be raised 2p+ - entirely dependent on him - not an non-exec but an exec of CGOP -

Indeed and welcome - Mccabe in at 1p and pretty much a serial entrepraneur - Can raise equity at will as above and is in an executive role so focus is on his only listing.

The fact that u can buy below Mccabes stake with no premium attached is an opportunity - There does seem to be stake building here and below that of Maccabe with no premium attached.

Only 3 1/2 - 4months ago - If Mccabe can raise roughly $500mill to invest in Nigeria then clearly CGOP has a fairly good chance - Market woken up a little but a market cap of £460k and Mccabe taking a decent stake here and at an executive role then this may be a decent punt -
