New Broker BUY out. ............

Chime Communications FTSE SMALLCAP Consumer, Non-cyclical Buy 280 229.25 22.1% Numis Securities Ltd

SP Target 280p Increase 22.1%.

Think thats a bit conservative these were
changing hands for 300p last summer.

Way too cheap at the moment.

Looked over bought IMO so am not surprised. Key management announce they want to buy part of the business yet share price goes up 40%?! If they cannot agree terms how motivated do you think that key management will be afterwards?? OR if they do agree terms how much value do you think shareholders will actually get? Fascinting connundrums.....!

I've had these since the turn of the year and they've not doubled yet.

Wow - Looking strong today. Seems that sector PE gap is quickly being filled.

Media sector has increased 5.77% (16.1) since the start of the year compared to some sectors which are enjoying double digit increases. This puts CHW at a 117% discount to the sector as a whole...

Well it should motor tomorrow anyway and quite a bit more on top of that as the Naked Trader has just bought in:

"You may remember I made many thousands of profit on Chime (CHW) last year and still hold a few from 50p. After falling from its highs it looked very cheap indeed under 200p and I bought 2,500 at 195.7 and some more on the spreads live at the seminar at 206 as it was rising fast. WPP is buying more shares here and I'm hoping at some point they will make a full bid, even so it looks value up to 250 and a very nice dividend too."

I'm surprised this hasn't moved today. No immediate resistance, beta of c.1 suggests a few % would have been in order.

Succinct...on the info given looks a good buy..With an operating profit margin of 25.73% (not many companies can demonstrate this)...looks like a well managed business so wise to keep existing management...synergies?? lets hope...
