sharetalk - surely you do not believe the silly excuse of global supply chain issues over the last year? It is purely down to the fact that no one knows chill and their strategy of trying to go into 88,000 shops which never worked, paying a fortune for chill.com and now deciding to sell online. Now where do you think chill.com comes on the first page for people searching for their products? Try a few 100,000 pages down

Now would logically be the time for a cheeky opportunistic takeover approach. Things could not get much worse with the global supply chain issues affecting many companies, not just Chill, but they will be resolved over time. Bidders know this and would take a longer term view. Big tobacco and cosmetic companies want positions in CBD, which is a logical fit for their product offerings.Question is, at what stage would they have to make an announcement if they had received an offer or were in discussions that could result in an offer?

One of 4 possibilities:

1) A takeover by a consortium of Fevertree/Red Bull/ Coca Cola

2) A possibility that Ox/Schrader have repaid the $1m loan AND doubled down with lending the company $1m

3)Achieving the 10,000 store roll out early

4) An outside, remote, tiny, picayune possibility of forward selling onto the long and strong crew for a fundraising. I include this only as a remote possibility.

3Put - with a 46% rise without news the FCA will ask the question and I’m sure today or tomorrow news will be out regarding the share price movement
And with regard to any large drop there was a trading update on the 4th March where the share price crashed.

EME is going strong today. The Jade drillsite is interesting and I believe the correct way to go because it is closer to the discovery is so already has a D risk element based against the geology and geophysics oil so should prove to be an interesting drillsite. As you can see from this if Jade is full to the spill point and the oil is anogulous with nearby discoveries the spill effect means that Topaz is the next logical drill target but is a subsequently larger trap.

I’m sure the FCA who are looking into CHLL will ask them the question with todays movement and be forced to issue an RNS saying no reason for the movement in share price or say they are in discussions.

You never know they may be forced to tell the truth for a change.
