John Story has not filed any tr-1s that he has reduced his holding in Chill by a single share. The likelihood remains that he has increased it, not decreased. If he f'd up elsewhere once, then that's that company's problem, but all the more reason why this company -- and story - will be especially careful to file quickly if he has breached any notifiable level, since he is Chill's 2nd biggest shareholder. The burden of proof is on you and your posse of criminals to show one shred of evidence to the contrary as it is YOU who have made the assertion that he has sold and sold heavily. In fact, if all your libellous posts were set alongside each other, story would have had to file MULTIPLE tr-1s as he would - according to you - have breached 13, 12, 11, and even 10 percent by now. You're so deep into the lies and baseless assertions at this point, I think you're starting to believe your own misinformation

The question is what are the actual sales to genuine customers & how much of the claimed sales over the first half are in fact transfers of stock to related party Ox Distributing;stock perhaps that was intended for cancelled/delayed AATAC orders.I bought this matter to attention after the interim results.Otherwise can anyone explain why Chill has lent approx £1m to a related party shareholder company.The only candidate that appears to fit this discription is Ox Distributing.In reality how sellable is Chills stock that the company & perhaps Ox holds some could be years old by the time it is shifted....at the rate it is selling.Perhaps I have got it wrong & Chill is setting up as a challenger bank to Northern Rock;after all lending money at 0% seems to be its biggest business if it is not financing off balance sheet unsold stock.Not sure which of the two alternatives is the worst business proposition!

"order" profiles were as follows: Apr - Jun 2021 = $2.06m Jul - Sep 2021 = $0.561m Then the accounts to September showed that actual sales were a paltry $1.2m and the rest of the $1.421m would be converted to sales during the current six months. Then today we are told: " As announced in the Company's interim report published 28 January 2022, Chill Brands' recognised revenues of over US$1,200,000 for the first half of this financial year. As a result of supply chain delays, previously announced additional orders valued at approximately US$1,000,000 may not all become recognisable revenue by the end of the current financial year." A number of things jump out: 1)WTF happened to the $421,000 of back orders? Did they just disappear? 2)If they can't even clear the order backlog from September 2021 does that mean they have sold the square root of f all in the current 6 months? The accounts will be eye watering. Note that against the £2m they had in cash at the end of September they also had current liabilities of £1,447,011 which I have not mentioned - leaving a paltry £500k to play with vs a circa £180k cash burn per month. 6 months of that to end of March would total £1.08m. Throw in the expenses for all the new hires, Rhino, Elephant, Ox, Hippopotamus, Viridian, IP advisers, sales executive (WTF does he do???) and it all looks done for. Gulp!

A last fundraising for the diehards followed by adieu is the natural outcome here. There was never any "business" to speak of. The coffers will be empty, cap in hand will follow. There was a reason why the options were priced at 1 'kin pee. But still they will clamour for more!

From yesterday: "Rhino, Elephant, Hippopotamus, Schrader, Ox all on board now and delivering. Year end at the end of the month so trading update soon - bar the covid and haulier problems. Then the usual confusion over "orders" and actual sales. It's "a way of life" that people are clamouring for in these difficult times." I have been here since the HNR Price/Mendel days urging people to buy. I maintained my stance even through the ignominy of being thrown out of the asylum at Bull Heaper's behest. I continued to advocate buying throughout the Zoetic/Nick Tulloch era as I could see the great destiny that awaited them through the various fund raisings. I persevered with my obstinacy as they became CHILL under the stewardship of the chuckle brothers even when ridiculed by Barry/Bluerinse with his hedge fund advising, mic dropping, ownership and screeding. My passion remained undimmed against a barrage of vitriol from Citizen Matt, Liona, Village Idiot and the other detractors knowing that a new Red Bull/Fevertree was mine for the taking. But still I was pilloried and lambasted as I sunk my entire BT pension into these, knowing that it is only a loss if I sell. Even as TW latterly joined in the onslaught I remained steadfast. So to all that listened I say "Stand tall, average down, none wanted and none needed". Our day will come at 1p or less followed by the denouement that has been a few years in the making for we know it will come. VIVA CHILL!
