So, assuming no t/o what share price will the next fund raising be?

Even if poly decide to fund drilling on one or two licenses via earn in CHF will still need to place shares.

They are talking about M&A but have no cash, so that only leaves an all share deal or RTO and those are both heavily dilutive.

The share price had quadrupled last year, but that seems to be too far too fast, and I don't expect news now before November or December on assay results, so I can't see any way that this will move beyond 10 or 12p for 9 months despite booming copper prices.

There may be loads of copper there, but we won't know til Xmas.

You remind me of a guy called flawlesskicks on the casp board, just saying, very similar attributes, glad your still holding some though, wouldn't like everyone to trim their holding of the back of your post suggesting 3-5 years before the share price does much

I have been over exposed to CHF, and over sensitive, conflicted and uncertain in fact.

I originally bought at 3.75 and have done very nicely overall, but should have done a lot better.

My expectation here has changed from Uber bullish to cautiously optimistic and my time scale for share price appreciation has changed from multibag this year to multibag in 3 to 5 years.

So I have reduced my holding yesterday and bought some back, I needed to move £30k into a different account so took the opportunity, but overall reduced my holding by 30% to a little over a million.

My plan now is to simply hold the remainder and wait.

My opinion of the company is that the assets and technical ability is good, but I'm not convinced about the finance side of things and expect that we'll have 10 times more shares issued over the next five years.

My hope is that the summer drilling goes well and someone buys us out to put us out of out misery.

Conflicted, disappointed, cautiously optimistic, and have shifted my stance accordingly.

Pxc should not be overlooked. Not only do they have a huge copper deposit pencilled in for production from Q4 22, they also have lots of gold, silver and cobalt.

Re Rambler, I already have a boat load of them, so added more ECR with the proceeds of yesterday's CHF sales. They've already stated that they've hit grades in the region of 15g/t gold in their first hole, assays due to confirm that next week. Their CEO Craig Brown is a straight talking down to earth kind of bloke and an extremely successful track record.

Good point about being financed.

CHF are financed probably until near Xmas, by which time we should have more assays back from the May drilling program, and may be able to place shares on the back of that.

Or maybe poly will fund us from there for a percentage, tho they already own 23% of us.

I think the drop has been engineered for someone to buy more on the cheap eg Poly, maybe new options for directors etc.
Not that much volume to warrant such a drop
in share price

I'm pleased to see the share price recovering a little.

Bought a few more back at 9.9 but overall have taken the opportunity to reduce my exposure here in the chaos.
