Further to the Company's results announcement dated 24 January 2019, the Directors confirm that the Report for year ended 30 September 2018 was posted to shareholders on 15 February 2019 .

The Company also announces that it has posted a notice to shareholders (the Letter) providing details of the forthcoming AGM, to be held on 28 March 2019 at 11.00am.

Shareholders will find set out in the Letter due notice convening the AGM to be held at Old Bank Chambers, La Grande Rue, St Martin's, Guernsey GY4 6RT at which the ordinary resolutions will be proposed.
