14/8/2010 09:31 | This Company went wrong back in 2002 and has continued on that trend. It went from having a real presence with good senior consultants to focussing on the low end Microsoft Market. Lost it's way and most of the managers who did the damage are still there. Most of the talent has moved on. Shame could have been a real success if it had stuck to it's origional model. | colnagnoc50

11/5/2009 13:57 | Explain this bounce back then? !!! It went from 5p to 21p on a misprinted tip. Rightly came back to 5p this morning. Now up over 100% from today's (corrected) low. Without the misprint it would be half the price!! | bozzy_s
08/5/2009 16:21 | Wow, there's a lesson to DYOR. People buying at 23p when share price was 5.5p at open, just because someone else advised to (in error as it happens). | bozzy_s
08/5/2009 14:44 | amazingly it's still holding the bulk of todays gain.If nothing else being top of the leaders is a nice bit of publicity for this company! | who r u who r u
08/5/2009 13:49 | This Is Money have now corrected the site and replaced Charteris with Charter International. What a mistake they have made !!! To Re-itterate: this morning the website ThisIsMoney quoted a broker upgrade for Charteris PLC (CAE) with a target price of 890p when the actual share price was just 5p - the CAE share price rose to 20p+ in a matter of minutes causing the company to issue the standard statement. I should add that the info on this website is provided by a third party Digital Look The website has now amended the content and changed the name Charteris to Charter International and the epic to CHTR What an impact a simple mistake can make ! | spazzz
08/5/2009 11:29 | A quick glance at the latest financials indicates fair value of approx 8-10 million ie around the current share price so the fun may be over (but a good spot for anyone who enjoyed the rise) | overeager
08/5/2009 11:24 | Would it have anything to do with SIG Consulting Limited that they bought in Sept 2008 ? | chasbos

10/7/2008 20:47 | Shares in hardware reseller and IT services vendor Morse Plc fell by 17% in early trading yesterday after the company admitted that its German and Austrian operation was likely to make a loss in its financial year to the end of June. | hsbcpremier

11/4/2008 09:17 | I'd not think the directors salaries are sustainable in the present environment Operating profit £118,000 | hsbcpremier
07/11/2007 19:51 | up 30% in a few days? | smashingguy
08/8/2007 14:21 | Optomism in March followed by reality and getting back to 15p. Think of the origional share holders who brought into this optomism for 100p+. Where too now -- still paying a dividend but for how much longer as the cash (for aquisition) reduces? Anyone have the answers as the directors certainly don't? | boonen
31/5/2007 17:02 | holgeri - CAE have been purchasing other companies, their reason for floatation, but have not shed all the costs of running 3-companies. The operational costs continue to rise and they have moved from their origional management consulting model, where they had unique skills in their consultants, to play in the crowded MS technology market where they have little to differention from many other players. So I think the cash will bleed away, as has their senior management consultants, to the point where they will come under margin preasure which will lead to a take over by another party. I can see little benefit to the investor from their current course of action. | boonen |
