One of Peel Hunt's growth picks this year:
The specialist mortgage bank has strong balance sheet growth and operational leverage. What's more, Charter Court should benefit from new underwriting standards for complex landlords.

I also took a initial position before Christmas; very cheap on most metrics and nice cashflow and margins. Stockopedia, however, labels it s a momentum trap.

Going nicely - up over 5% today.Seems to have had a modest issue price. IPO's are not generally my thing, but seems that at times brokers/issuers want to create momentum to create interest in new offers.

I've dipped my toe in here. Shares mag has this as one of its 2018 picks. Ian Gordon of Investec reckons investors could double their money over 3 years. Even accepting an element of "over-enthusiasm" - still looks cheap to me, and is in markets the big boys are not really interested in.

I've been researching CCFS this weekend and agree with all already said here - bottom line - buy order in for tomorrow morning.

Yes indeed, pleased that i hold both. The ALD bid should now highlight the apparent undervaluation in the sector.

CCFS was arguably cheaper than ALD too.

Ah, I see, you mean't an Update. I have just e-mailed Sebastien Maloney CFO to ask if they indeed issue updates and if it would be possible to add a financial calendar to the Investor centre on their web site

Yes you are right but i am assuming they will release a quarterly update as is usually the case for banks.

So in this case would be a Q3.

cfro How do you know the results are coming up? End of year is 31st Dec & the half year ends 30th June which is well gone. Figs for 2017 interim's where stated in the prospectus.
