03/2/2006 14:41 | End of year results will be excellent, will break the £4 barrier easily. | kerri28
11/1/2006 10:36 | Bought these early December at £3.05 and rather than selling am currently considering buying more. I'd much rather average up than average down. Andy M | v11slr
09/1/2006 15:09 | closed @343 as a few sellers appeared; hopefully only a short-term exit for me | mikehardman
06/1/2006 18:45 | aw c'mon - yeah, a quiet thread can be good for the share price, but this is a little eerie! SP moved up very nicely this week, broken past Jan04 peak today - much fresher air up here now. | mikehardman
22/12/2005 23:02 | well, scotswhaehae, to give you some marginal company here... I went long 24nov05 @303, liking the look of sneaking through the 300 level, and upbreak of possible wedge; but boy has it been slow going since! Indicators, etc. are still intact, though, and eventually, the main rising support will (he says hopefully) force it up some more, whence it should pick up steam and at least visit the 340 peak, though 400 looks worth aiming for. The slightly increased volume recently helps confidence in the up-move. The 600p level, back in 2000, is a bit optimistic at this stage! | mikehardman

30/6/2005 23:09 | Just in case any CAY holders/traders don't realise.....it will be going on to the SETSMM trading system on Monday week (11th July). IMO that will mean wider spreads a lot of the time, plus worse liquidity - we'll soon see! | samg99
04/4/2005 16:18 | shares are not worth half this value --and sooner or later the market will wise up to this fact that charles stanley are a bucket shop | harry punter
14/3/2005 11:14 | Anyone about? Seems we're back to the support of the uptrend, any views? Volume is pretty low, but similar to all other meetings with the support. mibb. | mibb
20/2/2005 18:23 | Directors' Deals: Howards' way to increase their grip on Charles Stanley | sealed

13/10/2004 08:08 | Very good half yearly results on their way....trust me. Looking at 2.70 - 3.00 by Xmas. Good Luck | kerri28
06/9/2004 16:26 | Up again today. Either something's brewing or the market is waking up to the fact that these are undervalued!! | tommo41
03/9/2004 14:04 | tommo41 - looking good. Bought these at 196p a couple days ago. Never did ask my friend how things were going though... Roll on Xmas! | nirvs
03/9/2004 13:44 | Up 10.5p so far today. Is this the start of the climb back up towards the three pounds mark? Last year's rise in the share price started at about this same time and kept going up till Christmas. I sincerely hope for more of the same!! | tommo41
29/8/2004 07:42 | tommo41 - bought a few on Thursday with the tick up on the bid. I know someone there. I may ask how things are going... | nirvs
28/8/2004 18:25 | nirvs, This company has very strong fundamentals and business is apparently very good. They also pay a healthy dividend. I got into them last July at 1.70p and sold just before Christmas at 2.98p. Re-bought this July at 1.92p and expect them to perform similarly up to this Christmas. | tommo41
26/8/2004 07:39 | tommo41 - also watching. In a very strong downtrend but bullish divergence is building. The recent High volume is also positive. I will buy a break above 196p | nirvs
23/8/2004 17:54 | Up 4p last Friday on very low volume and down 0.50p today on uncommonly high volume. I still think these have the potential to reach 2.50p very quickly as they are undervalued. Anyone with any comments? | tommo41
24/7/2004 17:16 | Cisk, Thanks for replying. I totally agree that they are undervalued. If I remember correctly, it was after the summer holidays that these started moving last year. There is no reason why they can't do the same thing again. | tommo41
23/7/2004 12:29 | Think the price just ran ahead of itself. This seems to be a solid, well-run company, which has expanded sensibly with small acquisions. I think that they are currently undervalued - and are extremely sensitive to trading volumes. Think with 'sell in May and go away' this stock won't pick up until the autumn - but keep holding. | cisk |
