Director's Dealings

On 20 May 2019 George Canjar, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 450,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.20p per share. Following this purchase George Canjar holds 741,573 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In accordance with the Company's Non-Executive Directors' Restricted Share Unit Plan, George Canjar will receive a matching share award of 450,000 shares. These shares will vest in equal instalments over the next three years on 20 May 2020, 2021 and 2022 provided that George Canjar retains all of the shares purchased on 20 May 2019.
