Around 40 companies are interested and Chariot has received multiple offers from significantly larger exploration and development (E&P) companies. The offers are based on an upfront cash payment and Chariot retaining a material stake in both the offshore Lixus and Rissana licences, in which the Anchois project is based.....

The market knows that a massive placing is coming shortly & the rumors are that chariot are struggling to find anyone willing to participate without a 50% discount to the current share price.
That's not surprising really. As chariot are light years away from any sort of income or farm in Deal.
Chariot Will be tapping the market regularly to pay the sky high salaries & bonuses of its corrupt & inept Bod..
The company is not investment grade according to at least 7 investment houses what I know about...and one of them is socgen... don't expect any.good news from this company...it won't come..
From what I can see, the next cash grab placing will be at around 7p a share..
Be very careful here girls...

Another quiet day with just 16 trades in 5 hours for a volume of 261000. But at least we are blue even if it’s only 0.3%! I think investors have taken their positions and are now just awaiting news which really should land any day now as we are over 3 weeks into our exciting weeks ahead.

You should be. Only achievment so far has been to confirm a well already known about then watching share price go from 26p to 14p and falling, no news, no partner, no interest. no shame. Another week of no news. Price will start to drop before they release another teaser interview. I hold a significant position here relative to my other holdings and am increasingly becoming concerned
