Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group , announces that on 24 March 2022, Trevor Brown, Executive Director, purchased 700,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 4.88 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Brown beneficially holds 29,175,000 Ordinary Shares representing 27.62 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
