kingston78: This company has no solid business. It should be used as a shell by reversing a profitable business into it in order to revive the share price.
yorgi: It doesn't require many shares to be traded, in monetary terms to move the share price that is pretty clear. What has not become clear yet is why KNOWE PROPERTIES LIMITED decided to buy in a significant holding. Hopefully all will soon become clear.
abeygale: Isn't he linked to company's that have had failures?. The market did not think anything of the news the day he came on board. As the share price was still the same to buy.
robertjt: Must be something going on otherwise there should be the rns saying the company knows no reason the share price movement
tomboyb: CZN - News out on new broker target of 23p - Share price is 1.3p -
tomboyb: Cheers - One reason to sell was that share price is too low for note holders to convert hence an increase in share price - However i could be wrong and it could go much higher but not for me - Good luck all -
tomboyb: Looks poor -
kingston78: The share price must go up substantially as the company saves a lot of money in interest on the conversion of the loan notes. Yes, there is dilution due to more share being issued but the conversion is beneficial to the company. The company is so tiny, so any good news will propel the share price much higher.
spa362: Yes, close a deal in NY I think. Plus don't forget Texas - could be news there too soon. At last, signs of some real progress for Challenger. Who knows where the share price will go, but it won't be down!
rkbeekeeper: I posted the following on LSE South East because Can Beans has been not too kind on our company and I thought I should let you guys and girls know what I said. Hi CanBean Disagree. We need to know the value of the convertible loans as this is diluting our (not your) shareholding. As share price decreases then Bond Holders get more shares in lieu of interest. As I have established contact with Mark I am going to put a proposal to him that may stop the share price slide. I he (and the BOD) agree then PI would benefit. Today my car was in for a service and they are keeping it till Monday so I had some free time. So I went through all your posts from day one on Chal. I have documented what you have said and it is unfortunate that you had to bail-out in early July last year, but since then you have been posting the exact opposite from what you said for the previous 18 months. The longer you post negative things the more you play into the hands of the Convertible Loan Note Holders. As the share price goes south they can convert at ever lower prices. I fully understand your frustration at the share price going lower, but my view is that you are contributing to this. I know you must have taken a hit as I estimate your average was about 36p and you hopefully got out at about 24p but I think you had a more substantial holding than I currently have. If you look at my CLP posts you will get an understanding of what I post and why. Hopefully I have not upset you tonight and if I can just quote some positive stuff that you posted to let you know that I would have invested away back in March 2015 if I had seen your posts. You were consistent throughout but as the Jakarta deal has failed to secure financial backing I fully understand why you went south. Quotes 25/03/15 I'm confused why people would even consider selling at this price, you will easily triple your money in the short term. 25/03/15 this is borderline hilarious, if this share falls much more, I am going to bet my entire life savings on this as a safe bet, yolo. 26/03/15 nonsense, the more this goes down in the short term, the cheaper I can buy more shares at, the potential to triple my money becomes greater. It does not matter if the share price does high fluctuation, if you right about fundamentals the company. 27/03/15 guys have a little confidence in your investments, if you've done the research, you shall discover the upside. Next RNS outlining, agreements, interesting projects and all that jazz this will go up up up. 2/04/15 said like a week ago, if this falls back below .30 I'm going to stick my entire life savings on this winner... my dream is almost a reality :D I could post another 50 or more of your positive posts but my take on this is that because Jakarta has stalled you are very frustrated, well it will happen and the Wheel will turn in Jakarta (soon) Tip: If you believe in this Company pick up some serious share-holding as if I get my views imbedded in Mark Gustafson brain then this share will head north. As you have said on many occasions DYOR and please continue to post as an open debate is appreciated. RKB
