Also I believe the company is fully funded to “keep the lights on” for sometime yet but for any investment then of course funds would probably have to be raised.

So I’m looking forwards to seeing how the market reacts tomorrow morning.

We also had that large buy last week of 14m, not huge investment I know but significant and is that another clue.....The market appeared to largely ignore it in my opinion but until we learn more we don’t know whether the market was right to ignore it or not.

These are clues in my view that the company will have a positive future but what this is yet unclear.

1. George Lucan being appointed to the BOD

2. Knowe Properties have bought 37m (not huge amount but significant) if they did not have some idea of the way forwards. Look between the lines here in my opinion.

3. In the order of £500k for a main market listing, with cash in hand.

4. Now possible NYW could go ahead ( A smaller structure )

Having a read of various bits and pieces and taking all factors into consideration I think we could have an interesting day tomorrow....... in a positive way.

I am still of the opinion that Mark will be working hard to get an announcement out on the future business/investment for the company prior to the AGM now less than 2 weeks away.

Any wheel built would recoup all losses but it might take longer. But I bet stakeholders would not mind waiting 20 years to get all their $50 mil back if a smaller wheel generated say $30 mil a year profits.

It would be mad not to build something there

Not quite true, they wrote off the investment in the Wheel when it looked like it was game over and no more building or financing to carry on.

So this news perhaps might give fresh hope

Challenger have no stake left in the New York Wheel project. As that was with the big stake holders that failed. Now a new developer will come along and everyone will loose out.

This makes sense why there was 14 million share trade few days ago at a premium price yet to wait for rns for that, and tr1 not long ago with a major holding by a property company, in addition, ceo has a skin in the company having purchased more shares plus a new addition to board from Angus energy, low free float, and confirmation of the news, this could do well imho. Abeygale, I understand u sold out around .25 if I recall correctly, so yes if u wish to short, please do, you will sure be burnt ha. I can see your trying to gain a lower entry. Hope you pay more than .25 :) Good luck all.

Could see this rising on Monday, the news article mentions it will help recoup green card holders investment which in term Chal being a private investor will see potentially its investment back that hasn't been priced in. We sold the stake on the trinity wheel in Mexico hence the repayments. They will still use the garage and the steel underground that was jointly invested by Chal and New York wheel still has lease over the site. So expecting rns soon imho

The wheel will need new stake holders to start up the project again. I thought the old stake holders have agreed on repayments to Challenger.

Only the new stake holders will benefit from this in the New York Wheel project. Therefore it will be a good time to go short after any big rise.
I thought Challenger has agreed on repayments for their failed investment with the previous stake holders.

Well spotted and thanks for posting that Lukmanpatel.

Most interesting and not at all the news I had been expecting to see but none the less very interesting. Whether we will see any announcement regarding this tomorrow or in the coming days remains to be seen but it can only be seen as a positive in but how positive and how much we might see the share price move tomorrow we will have to wait and see.

I’m quite sure it will inject some interest but how much is anybody’s guess.

Of course we still wait to hear what the BOD are working on and why George Lucan was appointed to the BOD.

Could be an interesting week here.

well well well that is a bolt out of the blue on the upside.

Tiny market cap and this time around there is 18% in larger blocks already snaffled up, not to say they wont get sold if this goes nuts but there might not be stock around, possible the first 2-5 buyers might get a quote after that article.

0.5 mil cap so Monday is going to be volatile.
