Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, was informed on 15(th) July that Martin Wiwen-Nilsson, a non-executive director of the Company, holds 9,898,237 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 each, representing 2.84% of the issued share capital of the Company, following purchases on 14(th) July of 140,380 ordinary shares at a price of 19.00 pence per share and 15,000 ordinary shares at a price of 19.50 pence per share.

In accordance with the announcement dated 11 July 2017, a further 148,242 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each may be acquired by the concert party within a period of three months from 12 July 2017 without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles of Association of the Company.
