29/8/2020 12:45 | While there could be lots of reasons why they quietly cancelled the plans to have a 2020 drill season at Tulku (covid logistics, cost savings) one reason could be that they don't need to i.e. they know that project finance is already "baggable" without it. | casual47
29/8/2020 12:33 | I can't claim to know exactly how these things work in mining project finance but I wouldn't be surprised if Chaarat have a letter signed by e.g. EBRD which gives some kind of pre-approval commitment to participate in project finance and then, with the appropriate NDAs in place, Chris/Artem/Martin go around the houses with a proposed project finance plan. They will possibly already have approached Norges Bank and perhaps all the "linkedin likers" (Citi, SI Capital, Standard Chartered, Verny Capital etc). | casual47
28/8/2020 21:49 | Well a bit disappointing to not end with an share price over 40p but that sort of volume not to be sniffed at. Perhaps we’ve got a good chance of making that break up early next week | 2pablo
28/8/2020 18:48 | juju The sale did indeed take place. I will let you know when the cash arrives, I agree, if the price drops back to 33p, I will struggle to buy 500,000. I'll have a go though. | crapshoot2
28/8/2020 18:05 | Pabs, I have, in the past, set shares to sell on a limit trade at e.g. 39p when the quoted mid shareprice was below that. What happened was that the AT buyers took my limit trade and by doing so pushed the share price up. 39p was the highest trade for that day so while I sold my shares at that price those trades appeared to be a buy. | casual47
28/8/2020 17:45 | Hard to find any 500k sale. Believe little of what you read on these boards | juju44
28/8/2020 17:31 | The price may drop back to 33p but good luck trying to buy 500k shares at 33p | casual47
28/8/2020 17:21 | If CS hadn't released his shares then Friday probably would have been very quiet. The action of mopping up the 500k possibly encouraged some new PIs to jump on board and push the share price right up to 42p as a consequence. While the AT buyers seem keen to mop up whatever they can get their hands on, they don't seem keen to increase the share price to a point where it would trigger more sellers.....for now. | casual47
28/8/2020 15:28 | If a private investor can shift 500k shares in a couple of hours on a sleepy Friday afternoon then it must mean there is an II mopping it up. Hopefully we will get a 3% holding RNS at some point to confirm. | casual47
28/8/2020 15:20 | A simple explanation could be that the efforts of the exec team in marketing Chaarat with IIs are paying off. This could also be why we are seeing so many "likes" on Chaarat's linkedin pages from senior people in Citi, Standard Chartered, SI Capital, Verny Capital, Incomet Capital, etc | casual47
28/8/2020 15:10 | I have helped fuel this rise by supplying 500,000 shares at a 39p limit. If they fall back to 33p I shall buy them back. If not i still have 3,000,000. It looks as though they may not fall back this time but you never know! | crapshoot2
28/8/2020 14:27 | 3 million shares traded so far this week. | casual47
28/8/2020 14:10 | Can't help but think some news has leaked somewhere as it is not just AT buys going through! Hopefully next week we get fireworks! As you predicted JC, some impatient sellers at 40p+, but there are still buyers - let's hope it's above 40p at close. | madbadtrader
28/8/2020 14:01 | How odd. Not richgit trotting out the whole banal conspiracy theory rant but the trading today. Considering this is more usually like a sleepy backwater this is something akin to the big city lights. Some would be shouting ‘leaky, leaky!’. | jc2706
28/8/2020 13:54 | I cannot blame Bunji Jumping Traders in these terrible times, yet we are not that far away from the time when many Traders will find their next temporary borrowed buy trade is much higher than their last sell (but then that just all adds to momentum when the volumes truly rise. Then-like the Comex Casino -more traders will consider making a further "hold" investment and that adds to when things change dramatically,as some of us longer termers see the moment is truly ending to get that considered final current bargain of bargains. Whether that will still be true for CGH at £2.00 will be a mere hindsight, and in several stocks a - I wish I had -had the foresight ! I will consider (and hope I am right)that for myself my last current bargain of bargains will be that 50p level as I now want to put more money in when that escalator to the next higher floor looks unstoppable. EG I was hoping that I could get into PUR at more of the bargain of bargains levels yet I decided I just had to own some stock so paid the recent highs of £1.20 for 50k I almost questioned why I was buying a Gold stock valued at a level that years ago I may dream of selling at,but then when I numbercrunched the true "potentials" I could easily envisage that stock being valued at £4Billion in time to come Decisions decisions, yet for those interested there are still plenty of bargains in some Tiddlers listed in the Canadian Gold/Silver stock graveyards even though some have the Backing of Billionaire Eric Sprott. Somewhat extraordinary that Canada is still a fantastic hunting ground for Gold yet the lunatics in Charge "have no Gold !",but then they also have that controlled Puppet Trudeau in power. A bit like pathetic UK that didn`t even learn from Eddie George when He admitted the situation with London Gold circa 1998/9 and all the fraudulent shennanigans was like staring down the barrel of a 12 Bore,as Gold was so obviously about to rise from its $250 oz and cause potential Financial Fraud - Mayhem. For those that don`t believe our Government and its controlled media would ever roll out their lying Propaganda Machine- then just look back as to how Gordon the Moron and the bIg Guns in the Media were hauled out to convince their considered serfs that " Gold is now finished as an Investment" ....... @$250 oz. The Public were fooled and conned like herded Sheep- yet the Gold Market knew all about the Frauds and what was coming. Tony Bliar and the Moron along with the Banker crooks in Gold etc, then started slaughtering the sheep that still cannot see how they are being put on the Menu of Serfdom and endless debt. 28/8/2020 12:53 | Utter bedlam, was expecting the usual virtual-zero trading Friday | 2pablo
28/8/2020 12:31 | Yowza, look at that flurry of coupled O-AT trades. Transfer from the impatient PI to the patient II? | casual47
28/8/2020 10:08 | Chaarat to take part in the Gold Forum Americas / XPL-DEV 2020 conference on Sep 22 at 8:30 PM (UK time) | casual47
27/8/2020 12:49 | A new "liker" has appeared: Head of EMEA Corporate Banking Metals & Mining, Citi Nov 2011 - Present8 yrs 10 mos London, United Kingdom Responsible for the Metals and Mining Corporate Banking Franchise and Coverage Team within EMEA. "25 years of Corporate Finance experience in Natural Resources in Emerging Markets." | casual47
26/8/2020 16:02 | Would be nice to see an 3% threshold RNS. It's kinda annoying that e.g. Norges Bank is just shy of 3%. | casual47
26/8/2020 16:00 | I doubt AT buyers are that sophisticated or that interested in detail - the II tend to be big picture folk. With this much volume going through and it not pushing up the price I guess one (or more) II is hovering up shares from private investors and/or other IIs. | casual47
26/8/2020 15:56 | Wonder if that political news is sparking some volume? Certainly gone from next to no volume a few weeks back to above average - not moving the share price today though | 2pablo |
