Cerillion plc , the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, announces that it has been notified that on 11 February 2021, Mrs Katherine Smith, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Andrew Smith, Marketing Director, (i) sold 4,640 ordinary shares of GBP 0.005 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") out of her personal holdings at a price of 430 pence per Ordinary Share; and (ii) repurchased 4,640 Ordinary Shares at a price of 430.75 pence per Ordinary Share into an ISA.
