08/10/2018 10:45 | The markets already knew about the move and expansion. The RNS gave away nothing new. Think your added investment still a good move Folderboy | angus17
08/10/2018 10:34 | Somewhat surprised by the fall in share price here. Guess I am also annoyed having added this morning on the news! | folderboy
08/10/2018 06:34 | I hope not Dozey as I want one. I see this announcement as hugely positive. The extra capacity just might be for domestic chp too. | angus17
08/10/2018 06:15 | Here is today’s rns: Appears to be another stride towards large-scale out-licensed production, though the prospects of domestic use seem to have receded into the background and has probably been found non-viable. | dozey3
07/10/2018 09:33 | Today's Sunday Telegraph Business Section: 'Fuel cell developer Ceres creates 60 engineering jobs.' by Hannah Boland Great news ahead of Tuesday's FY figures! z | zeppo
02/10/2018 14:15 | Time to follow the money. The last few days there have been some significant lumpy buys. Hmmmmmm | angus17
25/9/2018 17:56 | I would be very surprised if there is a connection between today's fall in share price and the board change. Note that the Board composition even after today's change does not reflect the maturity of CWR and its shareholder base. Before today it had 4 non execs and 7 execs and now we are at 5 and 6; it seems to me that the Board is plenty big enough and one more exec will need to walk the plank to be replaced by a non exec-for me ideally someone who has had good experience in working for a big multinational-even better one from the Far East, I guess inevitable that after this rise the share price drifts back and no doubt the prelims will be the next source of news- I will be looking at where we are on the factory and also on the modular 10kW power-only system for Cummins and the US Department of Energy (DoE). PS Going through my notes, I reminded myself that Weichai and Bosch have had a relationship pre CWR. | cerrito
25/9/2018 15:29 | Wechai are sponsors of Ferrari F1 team. | smokey 1o3
25/9/2018 14:21 | Markets obviously think little of her | angus17
25/9/2018 06:23 | Not sure I rate Mclaren or F1 as a business. Not in the real world in my opinion. However, Caroline Hargrove clearly an exceptional lady and probably can spot a wonderful chance. Great to have her on board. | angus17
24/9/2018 06:27 | Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) confirms that, further to the announcement on 21 August 2018, 5,973,660 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") have been allotted to Robert Bosch GmbH at the then agreed subscription price of 150.8p and are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 25 September 2018. This investment totals £9.0 million and its holding will equate to approximately 4.4% of the expanded issued share capital. As a result of the Bosch equity investment, Weichai Power, under the provisions of the existing contract and in order to maintain its current holding level of 10% of the issued share capital, will invest a further £1 million to subscribe for an additional 663,740 Ordinary Shares at the same price. This additional Weichai subscription is due to complete in October 2018. These issuances will be satisfied using the current shareholder authorities approved at the last General Meeting. | skinny
18/9/2018 18:19 | Can the different fuel cell types co-exist? Development partners will back winners. The Ballard investment by Wechai appears more subdtantial than the investment in Ceres. It is hard for lay people to understand different technologies and their potential. z | zeppo
18/9/2018 17:35 | Interesting hxxps://www.greentec | smokey 1o3
18/9/2018 00:16 | A few years back CWR disclosed a collaboration with the very ambitious and aggressively innovative K D Navien of S Korea who claim to make 80,000 boilers/year and to have supplied over 1 million high tech boilers into the USA. In 2017, advertising that they led the world KDN launched CHP boilers in the UK but disappointed me in that one model exploited heat pumps, and there has never been a further word about them from CWR. Perhaps this isthe advanced collaborator who is still incognito, although I think that the director's trials were piloted by BG or Centrica. More seems about to be revealed. I hope we get an explanation for the share price outperformance - +30% since mid August and a rate of growth projected by the share price chart trend channel of 250%/pa And we havn't yet launched the firstb product........... | scrutable
17/9/2018 17:16 | gnmartin nvision I think you will be happy with what they say about the CHP Boiler on the 9th October. Read Scrutable's note as he is right! | smokey 1o3
17/9/2018 16:24 | I would buy one too. My rather ancient Vaillant is on the blink. | nivison
17/9/2018 11:59 | I agree angus. I hope my current boiler (condensing, but 24 years old) lasts until I can replace it with a Ceres unit. Sadly for us, Ceres see other opportunities as being more prospective than UK domestic CHP. | gnnmartin
17/9/2018 11:15 | when are we going to get an update on the domestic CHP units? I hope very soon as I would love to install one at home. Come on CWR | angus17
13/9/2018 10:24 | Scrutable You are quite correct about them saying the first collaboration product would be commercialised in Q4 and the recent announcement says they will be updating II's at the meeting on the 9th October on "the progress that has been made with commercial partners during the year". Like you I think it will be the domestic boiler as tested last year in Directors homes. Worcester Bosh - Centrica-British Gas - Ceres Power would be good to round off an excellent year and push the share price higher! | smokey 1o3
11/9/2018 08:35 | pr4 - great link, thanks. | colsmith
11/9/2018 08:17 | More funding on it's way, perhaps; how much of the 106m funding of electric cars will be given considering the Government have already backed APC Nissan range extender. Cummins 210m R&D pledge | pr4w2b0y
11/9/2018 04:47 | mdalos1 why get out now when we are on the cusp of something potentially massive. Think of all those royalties rolling in for very little effort when the fuel cell is adopted by some of these big named companies CWR are involved with. There is a good reason why CWR is valued at nearly 1/4 billion £. The market is beginning to realise the potential. 3 years time I reckon there will be a very nice dividend stream from this company. | angus17 |
