I’m not sure how the US jobs report or the drop in property prices will effect CNA .
It may drop the DOW a little if its negative news but that’s nothing new. Just asking :)

Personally I think the worst is behind us , but then I. Have been wrong before

I didn’t realise the US job report is out soon,I’m not that confident to be honest, global property prices have come off the boil, construction might be weak,I’m on a small profit here, think I’ll bail out

I think in these volatile markets our new barometer for the DOW should be up or down 500 to 750 before we take note.

Up and down like a Yo Yo. Looks like Dow possibly 200 points down at the moment. Maybe Trump has his hands in a lot of pies and is looking to make a few billion. lol

No I'm quite normal Mercer lol, just sort of making a point some people dream of all these things but in reality it's different. I don't get jealous of people, when I go to my brothers million pound bungalow I say good luck to them. I have seen many , many houses over the years in making nice homes. My sons house or Mansion is the best house I've ever been in, I've given him a hand doing it up, but I think he is more clever are than me at it, makes you proud when your son as done so well

Why would they say you are so lucky jp, are you like a hunch back or something lol only messing but you make a good point, superficial, material things become more of a burden than a pleasure IMO

Off CNA, it is strange sometimes we dream of things we want. I have said most dream of being married to beautiful women and great cars. I have had it both. Both my first wives were gorgeous model type women and people said to me you are so lucky, but the reality was every other man thought the same thing about them. When ever they walked down a street there would be some man making a comment, I have been ready to thump someone many a time, often comments when I was with them, it's a bit like cars, years ago I had new Lotus Elise,bright yellow. The trouble was I was so scared parking it anywhere I use to put a cover over it and tie it to the wheels.Had black carbon all over my hands and had a damp cloth I put under my car. Then when I was about to go I had to take it all off again, black hands etc, starts taking the fun out of it in reality

Be in the 1.60's for Ex Dividend day so we are in the 1.50's going forward after. ;) lol

Doing great, let's hope it still at this level when we close. Each week closer to that dividend, would like to think we will be in the 1.50s then :)
