Fiend is from TALK BB. Didn’t like my post as I was negative on the company . He apologised when I pulled him up on it . Said he was a day trader and had lost money . I let it go at that. I’m presuming it’s that person

A bit disappointing today, especially with NG & SSE having a couple of good days, last day tomorrow, and hopefully a good one. It might seem strange but we are up this week so far + .25p At least we are positive :o)

My thought was instead of a seller there was a buyer and the MM’s where trying to hold the price down until the order is filled.

P.s If the end client thought that was happening the House working the order could find themselves in hot water. In the old days it was a different story. It was like the Wild West.

I've had this discussion with Portside. Whoever's got that order ( I'll check who's advertised volume on Bloomberg tomorrow) could from time to time just hit the board when working a VWAP but the thing about SETS stocks compared to quote driven stocks is that you never really know what's going to happen next. Just when you think the sellers done he'll just smash the board in. If you as a MM have got that order then the rest of the market can only guess.

I couldn’t find any substantial shorting (aqr has .58%) or RNS indicating significant holders reducing their holding. Can it be the share price is manipulated down to possibly fill a large order.

I know I keep banging on about this over the last couple of days but CNA seem to have their own agenda at the moment. There's obviously a working sell order out there that needs clearing. I'm not to worried but can't wait for overhang to finally get mopped up. I would then expect to see a run up to 150 in a heartbeat.

SSE had a sell note reiterated today by Deutsche Bank with the share price lowered to £1150 from £1250 . Fortunately the price is up nearly 1.5% to 1252 . Get the feeling some brokers are just not taken seriously
