Only 2 months ago Conn said

Despite the expected weak earnings, Centrica said its dividend to shareholders this year was “underpinned” and would be protected for a period of time during the company’s transformation.

"We would be willing to operate with dividend cover from earnings below historic levels,”

Spot on analogy. I have been buying every 10p drop since £1.70 thinking that may be bottom. Fool me. I think i will give it a rest now until £1. I daresay the shorts will know when it bottoms out.

I think it’s disgusting none of you free members called out portside for his behaviour & then for that tumbleweed to brag about a non existent profit he made in Tesco, not even a suggestion of an apology, like its no big deal, really gets you thinking that.

i think its momentum traders on the short side, i know Short tracker is only
showing 0.5%

but with 5.5 billion shares in circulation you could have 100 hedge funds all
holding 0.2% short and bang thats 20% of the companies stock

just the same as if the share price was heading north you would have momentum trading

lack of buying all adds up.

i sold 25% of my holding yesterday so i can buy back when the bottom is
reached or after results.

Nortic have your contacts said how much stock is out on loan.

I am not selling at this price.
more likely to have a punt and buy more.
I find these situations interesting.

It does not result in much stress, any more than you suffer Nortic.
You did explain to us how focussed you were here and how deep your losses were.
You must be annoyed, there are good healthy companies out there and here we are trapped in this years dog.

Just analysing failure that is all.

Say hello to Gavin for me.
Tell him to wear a tie more often, people will take him more seriously. i

But the five year investment horizon is important.
How will this perform over 5 years compared to a risk free bond paying 2.5%?

this looks very grim.
my terrible twins BT and CNA are being crushed today.

Is CNA in trouble?
The share price collapse and lack of buying by insiders seems to say so.
Does someone know something.
Update this month is known to many on the inside, and their close friends relatives etc.

This looks worrying.
I am holding and hoping.
