Result of Annual General Meeting

CentralNic Group PLC (AIM: CNIC), the internet platform company that derives revenue from the worldwide sales of internet domain names, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, 3 June 2021, Resolutions 1-7 and 9 were duly passed and Special Resolution 8 (concerning disapplication of pre-emption rights on allotment of Ordinary Shares) did not pass.
