Posting of revised form of proxy

It has come to our attention that, due to an administrative error, the form of proxy enclosed with the admission document issued by the Company on 16 July 2018 (the "Admission Document") and sent to shareholders omitted a signature and date block for shareholders to complete. The Company has therefore posted a revised form of proxy to shareholders today in connection with the resolutions set out in the notice of general meeting in the Admission Document. The revised form of Proxy will shortly be uploaded to the Company's investor relations website at www.centralnic.com.

Shareholders are requested to disregard the form of proxy enclosed with the Admission Document, and instead use the revised form of proxy should they wish to appoint a proxy to attend and/or vote on their behalf at the general meeting of the Company to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 1 August 2018. The information and recommendations contained in the Admission Document in relation to the appointment of a proxy and completion and submission of forms of proxy remain correct, and apply to the revised from of proxy.
