CentralNic (AIM: CNIC), the company that supplies domain name and web services subscriptions over its proprietary platforms to millions of businesses globally, announces that it has been notified today that Erin Invest and Finance Limited, a company in which Samuel Dayani, non-executive director, has a beneficial interest has on 24 June 2020 sold 50,233 Ordinary shares at a price of 90p per share, on 25 June 2020 sold 78,467 Ordinary Shares at a price of 90.32p per share, on 8 July 2020 sold 14,012 Ordinary Shares at a price of 86.18p per share, on 9(th) July sold 25,988 Ordinary Shares at a price of 85.71p per share and on 13 July 2020 sold 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 85p per share.

Following these sales, Erin Invest and Finance has an interest of 21,456,682 shares representing 11.36 per cent of the issued share capital.
