CentralNic Group plc (AIM: CNIC), the global internet platform company that derives revenue from the sales of online presence and marketing services, announces that it has been notified that Inter.Services GmbH, a company associated with Horst Siffrin, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold an aggregate of 1,456,712 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each ("Shares") in the Company at an average price of GBP1.41951 per Share to fund an investment project. As part of the sale, Inter.Services has agreed a 90 day lock up period with CentralNic and has confirmed that it has no intention to sell further Shares currently.
As a result, Horst's beneficial interest in CentralNic Shares is 35,610,000 representing approximately 12.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
