Central Rand Gold hereby announces that, due to unforeseen delays, it has today become apparent that the Company will not be in a position to publish its audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 by 30 June 2017 as it is required to do in accordance with Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies. The suspension in the Company's shares will continue pending clarification of its financial position and publication of the audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016. The Company will update the market as soon as practicable.
